Introduction of NEBOSH.
Basically NEBOSH is a UK based awarding body, which is providing wide range of qualifications in HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) field. NEBOSH stands for National Examination Board of Occupational Safety and Health. This board offers high range of well known international certifications related to Health and Safety. NEBOSH IGC is also One of these certification.

What is NEBOSH IGC Course:
NEBOSH IGC is a well known and demanded certification in Health Safety and Environment (HSE) field. IGC stands for International General Certificate. This course contains two assessments Theoretical and Practical, which helps individual to be capable of managing health and safety in workplace. The content included in this course is outstanding and designed by keep that in mind that human's safety is important. This is a course designed with the study material that helps student get a detailed knowledge and skills of how to manage health and safety effectively at worksite. International General Certificate is a level 3 certification in Occupational Safety and Health which is equal to intermediate in studies.
Units of NEBOSH IGC:
There are two units included in NEBOSH IGC Course:

Study Duration of NEBOSH IGC Course:
NEBOSH IGC is a difficult qualification. It is suggested to prepare both the units of this course for at least 60 days. It usually takes 80 to 120 hours of study but study duration in NEBOSH IGC Course also depends on different conditions, Its a huge topic to discuss, therefore I've discussed this topic in detail in another post, Click (How long it will take to clear NEBOSH IGC?) to know study duration of NEBOSH IGC.
Total Expense of NEBOSH IGC in PKR;
NEBOSH IGC course's fee is different in different coaching centers. It also depends on the mode of study that you will choose Whether it's online or physical. Some academies are charging 16000000, some are charging 14000000 and some are charging more than 200000. I have discussed different coaching centres and modes of learning NEBOSH IGC in another post. Assessment Method:
There is a different method of assessment for both units IG1 and IG2. IG1 exam is taken by (Open Book Exam) technique. After IG1 (OBE) a closing interview is conducted by assessors learning partner to verify that the learner completed OBE by himself and did not use any cheating method to complete this OBE. While IG2 is a practical assessment which is assessed by making a risk assessment report on student's preferred worksite.
