How to cook safely?

Never leave children alone in the kitchen; especially when you use a meat grinder. For safety, keep matches and pans at the place where children cannot reach.

  • Use standard gas stoves with thermocouples.
  • Spark lighters are safer than gas lighters or matches.
  • Avoid placing the gas stove near an open window and drafts.
  • Avoid placing curtains, plastic, rappers and other flammable objects near the gas stove.
  • Use a lighter or a lit match to light the gas stove before opening the gas valve.
  • Use resistant gas hoses and suitable metal fasteners for gas stoves.
  • Be sensitive to any gas leakage or smell and take action to eliminate the defect.
  • The kitchen floor should not be slippery or wet (it is better to use suitable slippers to enter the kitchen.)
  • Use the meat grinder, juicer, chopper and any electrical equipment out of the reach of children.
  • Use appropriate cloth gloves to remove hot dishes.
  • When cooking, be careful not to touch the fire with the dishes or the sleeve of your clothes.
  • Place containers with handles, such as pans, on the gas stove in such a way as to prevent possible collisions and overturning while working.
  • Leaving the stove on in the kitchen and going out for shopping etc. can be dangerous.
  • The kitchen is not a place for children to play, take care of them.
  • Do not put the metal container in the microwave.
  • Do not pour water on the electrical appliances such as electric heater, electric stove, electric kettle etc.
  • Keep hot utensils such as pans, pots, etc. and sharp objects such as knives out of the reach of children.

Why does the pan catch fire with heated oil?

  • Oil is a flammable liquid. It catches fire when it receives a lot of heat or when the flame reaches it.
  • Cooking oil catches fire easily. Use a low flame on the stove to avoid burning the pan.
  • The amount of oil inside the pan should be proportional to its capacity so that the oil does not overflow due to heating (use a maximum of one third of the capacity of the pan to heat the oil).
  • Use completely dry containers to heat the oil.

What to do if a pan or a pan catches fire while heating oil?

  • It does not threaten you with great danger. Turn off the gas valve immediately. Remove flammable materials from around it.

  • Never splash water on the oil.
  • Carefully put the pan on it. (The fire will be turned off)
  • Any movement of the pan in this state is dangerous, and water hoses or fire extinguishers (fire extinguishers) should not be used to extinguish the fire.
  • If there is a possibility of a fire, call 125 immediately and ask for help.
